Today’s the perfect day to ride the waves like our buddy Pterodactyl Tim, the winged wonder of the sea and sky! 🏖️ It’s International Surfing Day, and Tim is catching big waves with an even bigger smile!

International Surfing Day started in 2005 and was created by the Surfrider Foundation and Surfing Magazine. 

The idea was simple: celebrate the sport of surfing while also raising awareness about the ocean environment. So, it’s not just about hanging ten, it’s about giving back! 🌍

Every year on the 3rd Saturday in June, surfers and ocean lovers all over the world:

• Paddle out to catch some waves 🏄
• Organize beach cleanups 🗑️
• Host surf contests, festivals, and ocean conservation events 🎉

It’s a day for fun, community, and caring for the oceans we love.

Surfing Safety

Before he hit the surf, Tim made sure of three things:

1. ✅ Checked the weather – no lightning storms for this flyer!
   
2. ✅ Wore his dino-safe leash – so his board doesn’t float away.
   
3. ✅ Scanned for friends – because surfing is better (and safer!) together.
   

Remember, Bronto Buddies, surfing isn’t just about shredding waves,  it’s about respecting nature, watching out for one another, and having fun safely.

So grab your board, flap those wings, and keep your eyes open for adventure, because when the tide’s coming in, “Surf’s Up, Wings Out!” 🌞
