The Brontos are packed and ready… with a lot of bags. But it got us thinking—do you really need to bring everything on a trip?
Here are a few simple ways to pack smart, save space, and still have everything you need for a great vacation.
🎒 1. Pack Less Than You Think
A good rule:
Lay out what you want to bring… then put a few things back.
Most trips only need:
- 2–3 outfits
- 1 extra pair of shoes
- A light jacket or hoodie
You can always re-wear clothes or do a quick wash if needed.
👕 2. Roll, Don’t Fold
Rolling clothes instead of folding them:
- Saves space
- Keeps things organized
- Helps reduce wrinkles
It also makes it easier to see everything in your bag without having to dig.
🧴 3. Toiletry Essentials (and What to Skip)
Bring:
- Toothbrush & toothpaste
- Hairbrush or comb
- Travel-size shampoo
- Any medications
You can usually skip:
- Big bottles of soap or shampoo
- Extra lotions
- “Just in case” items you rarely use
Hotels and vacation spots often provide the basics.
🚗 4. Fun for the Ride
Long car rides go faster when you bring something fun.
Try:
- A small notebook or sketchpad
- Coloring pages or puzzle books
- A favorite book
- Quiet travel games

🎵 5. Keep It Simple, Keep It Fun
The goal of a vacation isn’t to bring your whole room with you—it’s to enjoy new places, new experiences, and time together.
Even the Brontos are learning that sometimes:
less stuff = more fun.
So pack light, stay organized, and get ready for adventure.
And if you forget something?
That just means you’re already doing vacation the right way.
Thank you for visiting!
