The Brontos are heading out for a well-earned break, and like any good band, they’re taking preparation seriously—maybe too seriously. Cases are stacked, bags are zipped, and somehow there’s still room for “backups for backups.”
Packing can be funny like that. Some of us plan every detail, making sure nothing is left behind. Others take a more relaxed approach, trusting that everything will work out once we get there. Somewhere in the middle is probably the sweet spot—but where’s the fun in that?
This strip reminds us that getting ready for an adventure is part of the adventure itself. The excitement, the planning, the “what if we forget something?”—it all builds anticipation for what’s ahead.
And of course, there’s always that one moment when someone says, “What can go wrong?”
That’s usually when the real story begins.
